Every Solania piece is crafted in solid gold and designed to be worn every day. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are committed to caring for your jewelry long after your purchase.
1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Solania provides a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear.
This includes issues resulting from the original craftsmanship, such as:
- Loose or defective settings due to manufacturing
- Faulty soldering
- Defective clasps, locks, or closures
- Other workmanship-related defects assessed by our team
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair your piece at no cost.
What Isn't Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs. Examples include:
- Scratches, dents, or signs of everyday wear
- Bent or misshapen rings
- Broken chains caused by excessive force
- Lost jewelry or missing stones resulting from impact or accidental damage
- Damage caused by chemicals, improper storage, or modifications performed by another jeweler
Lifetime Jewelry Care
To help keep your jewelry looking its best, Solania offers complimentary cleaning and routine inspections for the lifetime of your piece.
If repairs or maintenance are needed outside the warranty, we'll gladly assess your jewelry and provide a quotation before any work begins.
Warranty Assessment
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our jewelers. Coverage is determined after assessment to distinguish manufacturing defects from normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
